Embracing a background in public and private companies, including 30 years of HR leadership for the US District Court, California State Assembly, Sutter Health and HGA Architects and Engineers, Erin navigates easily through bureaucratic organizations and has served in an advisory capacity to senior leadership up to and including the CEO. Her transformational framework further demonstrates her capacity to have an immediate impact on the company, while facilitating and managing the ebbs and flows of the ever-changing market.
Erin’s diverse background and her empathetic approach has garnered a reputation as a strategic leader and advisor. Her collaborative leadership philosophy was instrumental while participating in a specialized, nationwide task force to examine and reimagine ways to deliver an exceptional customer and employee experience while driving the implementation of organizational best practices in a post-COVID work world.
